What You Will Do

  • Research and write complex material for use in company publications or documentation to customers, partners, and employees

  • Prepare concise and accurate written documentation, such as procedures, quality records, and reports.

  • Support P&W's continued compliance to customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements through development and maintenance of the Quality Management System

  • Maintain multiple QMS SharePoint sites for policies, procedures, quality plans, forms, quality alerts, etc.

  • Support and manage publication process for multiple groups within Quality and Engineering, meeting critical timelines

  • Review documentation for potential issues, recommend solutions, and resolve issues independently, working with AQS team members, relevant decision-makers, and other functional groups within P&W

  • Provide document custodian support to AQS documentation team with document maintenance reviews, document updates, initiatives, ad hoc requests

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools

  • Support audits processes (internal & external)

  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

  • Participate in meetings, teleconferences, and required training activities

  • Perform additional duties as required based on business needs

  • Travel is up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Information Systems, English Education, or Writing

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Organization, time management, analytical mindset and comfortable with audit interactions

  • Knowledge in AS9100/ISO 9001 Standards

  • 1 year of experience in aerospace quality, document control, configuration management, or regulated manufacturing
