Job description

Position Title: Remote Office Business Immigration Attorney
Salary: $135,000-$170,000 / Year, DOE
Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Remote Office Business Immigration Attorney to join its growing remote practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising employers on complex business immigration matters while managing a diverse caseload in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. You'll work with clients across a wide range of industries, handling both nonimmigrant and employment-based immigrant matters while providing strategic guidance on immigration compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of business immigration matters for employer clients across multiple industries
  • Prepare and manage nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E, TN and O classifications
  • Handle employment-based immigrant matters, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM labor certifications and I-140 petitions
  • Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other government inquiries
  • Advise employers on immigration compliance, including I-9 compliance and audits
  • Manage multiple client matters simultaneously while delivering exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across the firm's national platform

Requirements
  • Active bar admission in the state where you practice
  • Minimum of 3 years of business immigration law experience
  • Experience handling nonimmigrant visa matters, employment-based immigrant petitions, and PERM labor certifications
  • Experience preparing RFEs and responding to government agency requests
  • Strong knowledge of employer immigration compliance and I-9 requirements
