Job description

Part-Time Employment-Based Immigration Attorney
Located in North Dallas/Dallas TX

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employment-Based Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing immigration practice on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
  • Handle employment-based immigration matters including:
    • H-1B
    • PERM Labor Certification
    • I-140 petitions
    • L-1, O-1, TN, and E visas
    • Adjustment of Status applications
  • Prepare and review petitions and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with corporate clients and foreign national employees
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL regulations
  • Manage case files and deadlines independently
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in at least one U.S. state
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently
  • Experience with immigration case management software preferred
