The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical limitations and functional abilities, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and neuromuscular re-education to promote recovery.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to share insights and ensure a cohesive approach towards patient management.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service by building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and empathetically.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population dealing primarily with orthopedic issues such as joint replacements, sports injuries, and rehabilitation after surgeries. The average patient age ranges widely, giving our therapists the chance to apply a broad spectrum of treatment approaches tailored to young athletes, active adults, and elderly patients recovering from surgeries or injuries.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, enhancing clinical skills related to joint care.
