As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in our outpatient office located in Tampa, you will work within a vibrant team of healthcare professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients. In this position, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients with various orthopedic conditions to correctly assess their functional limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility and function.
• Utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives and participating in quality improvement programs to enhance clinical practice.
• Taking part in continuous professional development and educational opportunities, ensuring you remain at the forefront of physical therapy advancements.

You will primarily work with diverse patient populations, including adults and seniors with a range of orthopedic injuries and conditions. This role allows you to impact individuals recovering from surgeries (e.g., joint replacements), sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, and more. Each patient presents unique challenges, enabling you to apply your expertise in crafting customized rehabilitation strategies that foster recovery and improve quality of life.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A strong written and verbal communication skill set.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical documentation systems.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with specific treatment methodologies, such as dry needling, kinesiology taping, or sports rehabilitation.
• A track record of engaging in community service or volunteer programs relating to physical therapy.

This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits structure.
