Immediate Cure Mental and Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance abuse history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues, tailoring strategies to suit each client's unique situation.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, to foster client growth and recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic and integrated care.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, promoting a supportive network that is crucial to sustained recovery.
• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and treatment plans to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and rights.

The primary population served at Immediate Cure includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Our clients represent diverse backgrounds and experiences, and it is our goal to provide culturally competent care that meets the specific needs of every individual.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field, demonstrating a solid foundation for therapeutic practice.
• Expertise in addiction counseling, supplemented by relevant certifications and training in evidence-based therapies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients throughout their recovery journey.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with specialized training in working with clients experiencing substance use disorders and mental health issues. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices is highly desirable, given our remote work environment.
