Immediate Musculoskeletal Orthopedic Clinic is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist. This full-time position involves working onsite at our Anaheim rehabilitation center from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and technology, creating an environment that promotes effective treatment and patient engagement. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Perform thorough assessments of patients to tailor individualized treatment plans that address specific recovery goals.
• Implement evidence-based orthopedic therapies, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise regimens.
• Develop and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with patient progress and recovery trajectories.
• Advocate for non-surgical interventions and instruct patients in self-management techniques that encourage independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems, tracking treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, providing education and support to facilitate recovery.
• Conduct regular reassessments to monitor improvements, ensuring that goals are met.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader healthcare team to deliver a holistic treatment approach that prioritizes overall health and wellness.
• Champion initiatives that promote strength, flexibility, and coordination across diverse patient demographics.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, fostering an open environment for discussion regarding treatment strategies and case studies.

The Immediate Musculoskeletal Orthopedic Clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including athletes, active individuals, and those recovering from surgeries or injuries. Our focus is on treating orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will play a crucial role in facilitating recovery and enabling patients to return to their daily activities and sports safely.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in California, free of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs tailored for orthopedic conditions.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Web PT, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of current research and trends in physical therapy is essential.

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment is a plus.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
