• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic concerns, focusing on their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing diverse methodologies such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress by maintaining accurate documentation of treatments, responses, and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Utilize assistive devices and recommend fitting options to enhance mobility and self-care capabilities for patients.
• Conduct re-evaluations and adjust therapeutic goals, ensuring alignment with patient progress and evolving health statuses.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members about the rehabilitation process and therapeutic procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and collaborating with professional networks to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy.

This position primarily focuses on helping patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will directly impact their functional mobility, pain management strategies, and overall physical well-being. You will work with a diverse patient population, from young athletes to elderly individuals, tailoring your approach to address each patient's unique concerns and rehabilitation goals.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Proficient in computer and documentation skills, enabling accurate record-keeping and treatment tracking.
• A patient-centered approach with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in diverse situations.

• While prior work experience is not required, candidates with a background in orthopedic therapy will be prioritized.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• Experience working directly with patients in a clinical or rehabilitation setting enhances candidate profile.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
