LHH is currently seeking Payroll Administrators for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll
- Review and validate employee timecards and payroll data
- Maintain payroll records and employee information
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions
- Process wage garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
Qualifications
- Previous payroll experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processes, wage laws, and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll software
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
