Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Perform general contract administration, including creating jobs in JDE and ensuring contracts and budgets are entered accurately and on time
• Post daily production and consumption for manufacturing operations
• Prepare and process customer billings
• Administer lien release processes, including tracking, collection, and compliance for customer and subcontractors
• Manage and provide certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Review and process subcontractor invoices
• Maintain forecasts and A/R tracking tools in Smartsheet
• Provide backup support for payroll job costing functions and reception duties
• Perform miscellaneous business analysis as requested
• Complete various special assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, payroll, contracting, general accounting, or a related field
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of standard administrative practices and office equipment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to problem solve, follow directions, manage workflow, and handle challenging situations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
