Job description

Are you experienced in Commercial Property Management? Looking for immediate employment for an international firm? Highly reputable Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Property Management firm is seeking a professional Property Manager for an immediate opening. This Property Manager position will be supporting an office buildings in the El Segundo. Position is an immediate temporary opening, with the potential for long-term hire!! This company provides an employee-oriented atmosphere, highly professional environment, and excellent opportunities for promotion from within if hired. Company provides multiple services from property development, leasing, through Property Management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple properties
  • Assisting tenants with space questions
  • Showing space
  • Providing solutions for tenants
  • Troubleshooting property issues
  • Reviewing financials for buildings
  • Tracking expenses for each property
  • Coordinating tenant events
  • Processing accounts payable for each site, and processing and tracking receivables
  • Interfacing with leasing staff for move-ins and buildouts
  • Conducting final walk-through for tenants
  • Interfacing with assistant in regard to various maintenance issues
  • Generating reports
  • Following up with clients
  • Interfacing with Manager
  • Communicating with Corporate in regard to policies and procedures

Special Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Ability to listen to others
  • Great people skills

Must Have:

  • 3+ years as a Property Manager - commercial experience only
  • MS Office - intermediate to advanced
  • MRI or Yardi experience
  • Willingness to LEARN!!
  • BA or BS desired
  • CA RE License required or ability to acquire
