Tri-State Orthopaedics/Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations is recruiting for a full-time Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) Scheduler/Biller based out of their North Hills Corporate Office (McCandless).

RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities of this position include scheduling IME Appointments/Depositions, processing requests for Narrative Reports, entering billing charges for IME services daily, managing Accounts Receivable/follow up on delinquent IME accounts, providing email and telephone customer service, computer work and performing related clerical and administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Must have excellent customer service skills and computer experience. Experience with appointment scheduling/billing is preferred. Experience with medical practices and/or knowledge in the area of independent medical evaluations helpful.

PHYSICALITY: Must be capable of climbing a two-step ladder and lifting up to 10 pounds overhead with occasional lifting 25+ pounds from floor to waist.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Full-time in office.

The physicians of The Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations provide a full range of IME services, including examination of specified body parts/areas with a detailed report, record reviews, video reviews, addendums, job analysis, narrative reports, and depositions, etc.
