In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence, improve daily living skills, and engage in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community. We offer numerous Part-Time and Full-Time positions throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.

Pay rate: $20 hourly + mileage reimbursement. Flexible day, evening and weekend schedules available--across the Twin Cities Metro area!

Numerous IHS Positions throughout the Metro available now:

  • Falcon Heights: 6 hours (10-1pm Wed, Fri).
  • Saint Paul: 4-6 hours per week, over two weekdays during the day.
  • Minneapolis: Sat. 10am-2pm.
  • Edina: 6 hours per week, Mon & Fri.
  • Hugo: 8 hours on weekdays (Mon, Fri).
  • South St. Paul: 7 hours per week (1:30-5:00pm Mon, Tues).
  • Eden Prairie: 9 hours (evenings)
  • Stillwater: 7 hours (Tues, Thurs).
  • Maplewood: 8-10 hours (weekdays)
  • White Bear Lake: 14 hours on weekends

Key Responsibilities for IHS Professionals:
