Job description

Full-Time or Part-Time Home Support Worker
Starting at $17.50/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities
  • Offer guidance and support with bathroom routines, while respecting their independence where possible
  • Develop and maintain a daily routine that caters to the individual's love of structure and activity
  • Engage in fun and stimulating activities, including video games, and swimming
  • Provide 24/7 support, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times, while also respecting their need for alone time
  • Communicate effectively and patiently, as the individual may not always express pain or discomfort verbally
