Your day as an Individual Support WorkeR

As a Part Time Individual Support Worker at Owen Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in assisting behavioral therapists to create effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents. Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized service plans, providing behavioral interventions in home and community settings, and actively managing youth with behavioral challenges.
