We are a fast-growing Minnesota Home Healthcare provider and we are searching for IHS (In-Home Support) Workers to join our team.

We have flexible shifts available and Part-time or Full-time positions available.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:


  • Assist in managing the care assistance activities provided by Safeway Home Healthcare
  • The IHS worker will work under the supervision of the IHS Manager to handle the activities of the homecare workers to ensure the appropriate care responsibilities are undertaken and supervise the care assistance given to clients to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Handle and track incident and accident reports and provide support in investigations of matters.
  • Assist in managing in-home staff activities, create work schedules, implement and monitor activities, and ensure that Safeway Home Healthcare procedures are being adhered to accurately to ensure adequate service provision.
  • Schedule and deploy home healthcare aides for patient visitation and work assignment
  • Perform regular home visits to assess clients living environments to ensure appropriate housing
  • Perform various related duties.
  • Create and update personalized care plans


What we expect:


  • Relevant degree in Health Care Administration, Social Science or High school diploma/GED
  • 1-year experience in the Human Services Field
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of Rule 245D
