Job description

Beyer Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager plays a key role in the sales process by arranging financing, presenting products, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and transparent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended service contracts, GAP, protection plans, etc.) in a clear and ethical manner

  • Secure competitive financing options through approved lending partners

  • Ensure all deals are structured accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations

  • Complete and review all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers

  • Partner with the sales team to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction

  • Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership preferred

  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance requirements

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
