Title: Associate I Payroll
Location: Abbott Park, IL
Duration: 3 Month Assignment, possible extensions
100% onsite
Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely
  • Handle payroll-related terminations and adjustments
  • Assist with issuing manual checks as needed
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries through a ticketing system
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures

Qualifications:
  • Previous Payroll experience
  • Gross to Net payroll experience
  • Preferable California and Puerto Rico payroll rules and taxes knowledge
  • Excel, Workday, Kronos, and payroll tools a plus
  • Must have strong attention to detail
