Robert Brogden's Garden City GMC/Honda is looking to add an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager/ Back up F&I Manager to it's team. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience. We are a family owned business and believe that employees should have a good work/life balance. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day to day operations of sales department
  • Develop and promote strategies to sell vehicles
  • Consistently meet monthly sales and CSI goals
  • Back up the F&I Manager as needed
  • Recruit, hire and train salespeople
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee inventory, including retail and wholesale units
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas that need improvement
  • Work with other departments to make sure that customers receive and excellent experience

Requirement:
  • Must have 2+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to pass pre-hire background check and drug screening
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to use the operating systems and equipment that the company provides
