Job description

Finance Administrative Assistant I
Assist with accounting year-end close and 2021-2022 biennial budget process.
A great candidate for this temp position would be:
  • Be technically savvy and comfortable navigating various software programs, specifically having working knowledge of SharePoint and Excel, and are comfortable with the use of office productivity software and relational databases in their daily work. (The county uses Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle EBS);
  • Be comfortable navigating large organizations and understand how to get things done through formal and informal channels;
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment; willing to pitch in to help other team members;
  • Have good proactive time management skills that allows for you to successfully complete tasks on time;
  • Enjoy juggling multiple competing priorities with tight timelines with the ability to prioritize work.
Required skills:
Excel - intermediate skills (pivot tables, vLookups a plus)
Microsoft Planner and SharePoint - high-beginner to intermediate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Duration: 3 Months+
Location: Seattle
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $29.09 per hour
