What is a Hypercare job?

A Hypercare job refers to a critical support role during the post-launch or go-live phase of a project, product, or system implementation. It involves providing immediate assistance, monitoring for issues, and ensuring a smooth transition by addressing any technical, operational, or user concerns. You will often collaborate closely with end-users, IT teams, and business stakeholders to triage incidents, implement fixes, and provide updates on progress. Daily activities can range from troubleshooting technical errors and managing support tickets, to conducting user training and updating documentation. The Hypercare environment is fast-paced and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as strong teamwork skills.
