Job Requirement:
- 8-10 years SAP ECC /S/4 HANA - Hypercare Lead
- Demonstrated 6-8 years' experience in S/4 multi-sites rollouts hypercare planning, cutover / hypercare execution, monitoring the hypercare progress and run hypercare command Center.
- Plan and lead daily hypercare status calls with multiple work-streams / stakeholders at all levels - Client's business / IT / Service provider's deployment team.
- Experience in at least 2 end to end implementation of S/4 global programs (helps keep hypercare in perspective)
- S/4 functional experience in at least one of the modules - OTC or MM/WM
- Be able to work with functional, technical team to do RCA Root Cause Analysis, create proactive actions based on root causes identified.
- Good communication, articulation
- Experience in hypercare status reporting, dashboards, metrics.
- Familiarity with hypercare exit criteria.
- Comfortable in connecting with stakeholders from business / IT at all levels.
- S/4 multi-sites rollouts hypercare planning, hypercare execution, monitoring the hypercare progress and run hypercare command center.
