Position Summary

Join our dynamic team where customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers through phone and email communication. You'll also be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client program requirements and company policies.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Research and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive client experience
  • Review and audit advertising and incentive claims for accuracy and compliance
  • Handle 25-50 customer service phone calls per day while maintaining high standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer service delivery

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • At least 1 year of customer service work experience preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a clerical/production environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
