Job Overview

In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment

Working within an auto-dialer system

Handling early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)

Averaging 80–120+ calls per day

Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers

Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Training: Monday–Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT) ✅ First week onsite

Post-Training: Monday – Saturday (5-day workweek)

Shifts:

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT)

10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)
