Overview
Tekberry is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our client, a global leader in precision motion control solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This role provides hybrid administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including meetings, travel, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support
• Provide administrative support to assigned teams in a hybrid (onsite/remote) environment
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team activities
• Draft, format, and distribute communications, documents, and reports
Travel & Expense Management
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, lodging, and itineraries
• Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Event & Meeting Planning
• Coordinate meetings, events, and team functions, including catering and logistics
• Order office and event supplies and manage vendor communication
Operational Support
• Maintain organized records and ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Collaborate with other administrative staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or office support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
