Choice is a leading commercial HVAC/Refrigeration service provider in Florida. We are a family owned and operated commercial and residential company. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience technician for our customers.
We are seeking a HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and performing repairs on commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, including boilers, Ice Machines and heat pumps. The candidate must be able to perform and have experience with commercial equipment.ย 
Duties & Responsibilities:
ยทPerform preventative maintenance on all types of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment including: compressors, blowers, chillers, heat pumps, and boiler systems.
ยทPerform preventative maintenance on all types of refrigeration units
ยทPerform repairs on air handlers
ยทComplete work orders in a timely manner with the ability to follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction levels are met with regards to the work performed.
ยทProvide exceptional customer service to all customers in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude towards all customers and coworkers.
ยทOther duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills & Experience:
ยทA valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record. We must run License and be cleared by our insurance company prior to the on boarding processย 
ยทA clean driving record with Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) at least 3 years old.
ยทAbility to pass a drug screen and background check.
ยทAbility to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume repair shop environment.
ยทExcellent customer service skills along with strong verbal communication skills.
ยทExcellent problem solving skills along with strong math skills; ability to calculate parts numbers and quantities are a must!
Background Check: Yes, 3year felony background check and lifetime sex offender. No pending felony cases and no warrants.
Drug Screen: Yes, a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen.
Schedule: Will be discussed with on boarding, On-call rotation once per month
