The HVAC/R Apprentice will gain hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R installations under direct daily supervision. Working primarily on new installation projects at a single site, this role focuses on developing foundational skills with equipment installation, ducting, and refrigeration systems. The apprentice will regularly use manual and power tools, adhere to strict safety protocols, and has a clear advancement pathway to become an HVAC/R Technician.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with commercial equipment installation on new projects

  • Handle, operate, and maintain manual and power tools effectively
  • Install and maintain ducting systems
