HR Specialist Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end biweekly payroll and benefits administration for 300 to 350 employees using Paycom
  • Maintain timely and accurate payroll processing, wage garnishments, and records compliance
  • Manage FMLA, workers' compensation, and benefits enrollments (401k, health, dental)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paycom experience
  • Pivot table experience is a plus
  • Customer service mindset
