HR Specialist Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end biweekly payroll and benefits administration for 300 to 350 employees using Paycom
- Maintain timely and accurate payroll processing, wage garnishments, and records compliance
- Manage FMLA, workers' compensation, and benefits enrollments (401k, health, dental)
Preferred Qualifications
- Paycom experience
- Pivot table experience is a plus
