About The Role
We are partnering with a leading manufacturer known for its innovative production capabilities and strong commitment to employee development. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in advancing people-focused initiatives at the site. In this role, you will be a primary resource for employees and leaders—providing guidance on employee relations, supporting training and development, improving Human Resources processes, and ensuring a positive, compliant workplace experience.
Job Description
You will play a visible and influential role on the site floor, building relationships with employees at all levels and serving as a trusted resource for day-to-day needs. This includes supporting leaders with real-time problem solving, helping cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving engagement initiatives that strengthen communication, morale, and overall employee experience.
  • Provide proactive Human Resources support to employees and managers across the site.
  • Offer guidance on employee relations, coaching, development, and performance matters.
  • Support recruitment efforts and participate in talent-related decision making.
  • Partner with HR team members to communicate and implement HR strategies.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and training, including developing and delivering training programs.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and policy-related activities.
  • Continuously assess and improve internal human resources processes with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Provide backup support to the Human Resources Coordinator as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
