Job description

Crane Currency has an opportunity for a college student this Fall to gain hands-on experience in our Human Resources department. This part-time role is onsite and based out of Nashua, New Hampshire.

The days and hours are flexible, with the expectation of 20-25 hours per week while classes are in session and up to 40 hours during school breaks.

  • Contribute or lead an HR Digital Transformation Project and other process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with workforce analytics and reporting

  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire activities.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

You must currently be enrolled in a degree program with an accredited school to be eligible for consideration.

Required:

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.

  • Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally.

  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred:

  • Candidate has completed at least one full year of college or university studies; higher preference to rising Juniors or Seniors.
