Regional Account Manager for Nutrition that Works, LLC is an exciting opportunity with a broad range of responsibilities and recruiting duties. Position will work with team to understand the recruitment and retention needs for all positions. Overall, the intent of the role is to grow the number of dietitians hired, lead the HR process, participate in sales and office management duties. Seeking a well-organized, energetic individual to handle day to day operations with efficiency and time management.

  • Recruit, screen resumes, interview and select talent who have demonstrated the required knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the organization
  • Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for the organization
  • Advertise job openings using various job boards, social media and specialized networks
  • Proactively search for candidates using social media and networking resources
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System
  • Develop and track performance benchmarks for recruiting
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and process in accordance with EEOC, Federal and State laws
  • Participate in select trade associations, networking and recruiting events
  • Arrange management pre-interviews and formal interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Manage the new hire onboarding processes
  • Organize credentialing information on new hires
  • Advertise and update job postings on website
  • Manage contractor's schedules and trouble shoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
  • Communicate with clients
Key Competencies
  • Proven leadership skills - recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - 4 year college degree required
  • Problem analysis and assessment capability
  • Appropriate decision making when required

  • Ability to establish priorities and work in a team environment
  • Strong relationship building skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the dietetic profession
