Build your future with usOur Human Resources department is currently seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support the planning, design, analysis, evaluation, and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who is ready to take ownership of core programs, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to a competitive, data-driven strategy.
This role will work on high-visibility initiatives, leverage market data to influence decisions, and help enhance programs that directly support talent attraction and retention. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
The pay range for this position is
$65,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- perform compensation analysis, job evaluations, and market pricing for new and existing roles, including FLSA determinations and compliance
- participate in annual salary surveys and benchmark positions to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
- administer merit reviews, bonus programs, promotions, and salary adjustments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company guidelines
- support day-to-day benefits administration, including health & welfare and retirement plans, as well as annual reporting and open enrollment activities
- partner with other areas of Human Resources and business leaders across the organization to provide insights and recommendations based on compensation and benefits data
- identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows, including contributing to ongoing HRIS or technology enhancements
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
Be equipped with:
- a collaborative, consultative approach with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams
- strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience working with data to support business decisions
- ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis
- strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to projects or process improvements
Bring education and experience from:
- a bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits (required)
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a related HR function (preferred)
- experience working with market data, salary surveys, or HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) (preferred)
