This role offers exposure to recruitment, compliance, benefits, workforce analytics, and ACA tracking, making it an ideal opportunity for someone to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you won’t just support HR, you’ll actively contribute to critical HR operations:

·        Support recruiting efforts including candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination

·        Manage background checks and pre-employment screening processes

·        Maintain HRIS data integrity and accurate employee records

·        Assist with benefits administration and ACA compliance tracking and reporting

·        Serve as a resource for employee HR-related questions and policy guidance

·        Coordinate onboarding, training, and HR programs

·        Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and compliance initiatives
