Job description

Hourly wage: $22/hour

Training & Program Coordination

  • Facilitate, schedule, and track all required training for new hires and current employees.
  • Develop and maintain training matrices and training records within HRIS, LMS, or site databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and cross-functional training initiatives.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, SOPs, certifications, and compliance records.
  • Follow up on overdue or incomplete training and support leaders in closing gaps.
  • Assist in performance management training, employee relations training, and policy education sessions.
  • Prepare training reports for leadership, audits, or regulatory agencies as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering HR policies and procedures.
  • Support Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with performance management, employee relations, and HR audit processes.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist with HR projects as assigned.
  • Always maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and document safety training (LOTO, HazCom, PPE, PIT, etc.).
  • Work with manufacturing to ensure compliance with environmental and GMP requirements.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in training and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance learning culture and employee engagement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by HR.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; or 2+ years of experience in HR or training coordination (manufacturing experience preferred).
  • Experience in safety programs, HR processes, or regulatory training administration.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and safety standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook); experience with HRIS/LMS systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
