Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce accurate HR metrics for monthly management meetings
  • Maintain headcount report, organisational charts, turnover registers, grievance register
  • Maintain accurate employee data on company’s HRIS
  • Prepare new employee contracts, welcome packs and induction compliance documents
  • Coordinate and facilitate Onboarding program for new employees
  • Coordinate annual Performance Review Process
  • Coordinate annual Goals Process
  • Assist HR Manager with Training needs analysis
  • Arrange and monitor employee Training as required
  • Compliance Administrator duties
  • Workers Compensation administration compliance duties
  • Facilitate compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary Human Resources Qualifications
  • Min 3+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in corporate environment (preferred)
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in researching and resolving problems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Demonstrate capacity to work to deadlines, schedules and guidelines, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision, and as part of a team
  • Flexibility in responding to the overall needs of the business
  • Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation knowledge
