We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Data Entry Clerk to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our employee data systems. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional data entry skills will ensure that all HR-related information is updated promptly and efficiently. Job Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee information in the HR database and dashboards.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing input to source documents.
- Review and correct data entry errors submitted by staff.
- Scan and attach relevant documents into the electronic employee files.
- Assist in processing employee changes such as terminations, and personal information updates.
- Generate standard reports from the HR database as requested by HR staff or management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Participate in HR audits by providing data reports and supporting documentation.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data entry or data issues from employees or management.
- Coordinate with HR team members to ensure consistency of data entry practices.
