WHAT WE PROVIDE

Responsibilities:

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as a key support resource for Team Members across the park, helping foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace. In this entry-level role, you willassistwith employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and support the Employee Relations team inmaintaininga strong workplace culture built on fairness, consistency, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into Human Resources with no prior experiencerequired.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Serve as a first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concerns
  • Assistin documenting employee relations matters andmaintainingaccuraterecords
  • Support investigations by gathering information and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
  • Providegeneral guidance to Team Members on policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Assistwith employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Support administrative tasks related to Employee Relations functions

Qualifications:
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a Human Resources role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma orequivalent preferred
  • No prior experiencerequired;entry-level opportunity
