The Role
We are seeking an HRIS intern reporting in the Head of HRIS and Operations.
Responsibilities
• Design, configure and implement reports and dashboards
• Run reports, analyze and manipulate data using advanced skills like look ups, formulas, and visualizations
• Investigate and work with teams to resolve technical issues related to HCM technology and other HR applications
• Understanding HR and payroll data findings and give insights to the team leaders
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement changes that optimize integration workflows and improve user experience
