  • The client is seeking a self-sufficient HubSpot and Salesforce marketing operations expert to audit, optimize, and scale their marketing infrastructure while supporting day-to-day campaign execution across a B2B demand generation environment.
Job Summary
  • Audit and optimize the client's existing HubSpot instance, including workflows, architecture, lead scoring, and dashboards
  • Build, customize, and execute marketing emails, nurture programs, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-Salesforce sync issues, field mapping discrepancies, and data quality gaps
  • Create and maintain advanced segmentation strategies, email list pulls, and lead capture setups
  • Identify and reduce technical debt across the HubSpot platform while implementing scalable automation best practices
  • Analyze campaign and workflow performance, audit existing dashboards, and surface reporting gaps
  • Collaborate with demand generation managers and internal stakeholders to prioritize and manage workload across strategic and tactical needs
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 years of hands-on HubSpot marketing operations experience (Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise)
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving HubSpot-Salesforce integration sync errors and data discrepancies
  • Strong lead management experience with a focus on driving MQLs through the funnel
  • Background in B2B marketing operations environments
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate proactively with stakeholders
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or mission-driven organization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM at an admin or power-user level (not required to be the SF expert)
  • Experience with lead routing, CRM data governance, and conversion rate optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Attribution and UTM tracking experience across multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience auditing and documenting existing marketing systems
  • Zapier experience or familiarity with third-party integration tooling
