Sr. Ultipro HRIS Analyst-Reston, VA ($45-60/hr)
Summary:
Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 5-6 month project.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconfigure UKG (Pro/Ready/Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes.
  • Design and maintain UKG interface.
  • Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from Ultipro to Workday.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
  • Document changes, validate data, and support payroll/HR teams.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years with UKG configuration and integration.
  • UKG Pro and Payroll is required.
  • Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management Dimensions (Kronos) is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Knowledge of UDES, APIs and integration between HRIS and other business systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication.
