As an operations assistant, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. If you're looking for a job that requires rigor, coordination and the use of your physical abilities, this is the job for you!


In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :

  • Perform stretching, perforating, stapling, rolling, identification, washing, painting, deburring, jointing, packaging, and various handling operations
  • Perform assembly operations on rubber parts (windows)
  • Load and unload a press in various areas of activity
  • Use raw materials, equipment, and tools efficiently while complying with specified quality standards
  • Notify the warehouse attendant of any upcoming raw material requirements or container changes
  • Check that the product complies with established quality standards and notify the quality assurance inspector or team leader of any suspected issues
  • During downtime, assist your coworker in performing their tasks
  • Notify the finisher if there is a malfunction in the equipment or tools
  • Supply your workstation with raw materials
  • Complete the various quality control and production forms
  • Keep your workplace clean
  • Perform any other tasks requested by your immediate supervisor

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Shift: night shifts (x12h + 1 Saturday/month)
  • Salary: starting at $27.34/hr + salary progression over 2 years
  • Shift premium: $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr
