Gestalten Sie vor Ort im Team die Prozesslandschaft unserer gruppenweiten HR Abteilungen und unterstützen Sie bei der digitalen Umsetzung in SAP Success Factors. Treiben Sie dabei die Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft, mit Schwerpunkt Payroll und HR Operations maßgeblich voran. Dabei sorgen Sie für durchgängige Prozesse, eine hohe Datenqualität und eine moderne Employee Experience.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie entwickeln unsere gruppenübergreifenden Prozesse in HR-Operations mit Schwerpunkt Payroll kontinuierlich weiter
  • Die gruppenweite Einführung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft, Reporting, Employee Self-Services) begleiten Sie aktiv
  • Gemeinsam mit HR-Operations und Payroll analysieren und optimieren Sie Lohn- und Gehaltsprozesse sowie angrenzende HR-Abläufe
  • Teilprojekte innerhalb unserer HR-Transformation steuern Sie eigenverantwortlich und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Fachbereiche und HR-Kollegen beraten Sie zu digitalen Prozessen und unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen
  • Anwender schulen Sie im Umgang mit SAP SuccessFactors und fördern die nachhaltige Nutzung
  • Regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu unseren deutschen Standorten runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, bspw. Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in HR-Operations und Payroll
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere Employee Central und Payroll, sowie Erfahrung in der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung digitaler HR-Lösungen
  • Sicheres Verständnis von HR-Operations sowie gute Grundlagen im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie Interesse an Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten, hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache
