Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic payroll or recruitment platforms is often expected. Common responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes like screening resumes and scheduling interviews, helping organize onboarding activities for new hires, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records and databases. Interns may also have opportunities to participate in HR policy updates, payroll support, or coordinating training sessions. This exposure allows interns to develop practical HR skills while collaborating closely with experienced HR professionals.
