Talascend is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant for an opportunity in Enfield, Connecticut.
Overview
The Human Resources Assistant supports personnel functions within the organization, including managing personnel records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting with training and interviewing processes. The role involves working on-site and providing support to HR staff and management.
Responsibilities

  • Assist with orientation for new employees
  • Communicate with employees, management, and HR staff as appropriate
