This is an exciting opportunity for analytical, curious, and business-minded individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on HR experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support KLA's people and business strategies. As an HR Intern, you will partner with HR professionals and business leaders to lead or contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Through research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, you will develop insights and recommendations that help drive organizational effectiveness and employee success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations
