Primary Role in the Organization

Ensure excellent associate relations by overseeing company benefits,policies and procedures.

Reports to: President

Supervises:

Human Resources and EHS

Responsibilities: 

Supervise staff administration of associate relations programs.

Supervise staffing activities including recruiting,testing, placement,orientation,transfer,promotion and engage in these activities directly when necessary

Develop and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures.

Preparation of company budget.

Participate and promote participation in company programs

Preparation of departmental objectives.

Prepare and administer performance reviews.

Develop/Prepare J-Sox documentation for labor cost & business level control/entities

Support EHS initiatives and programs

Administer the DOT program for drivers

ISO14001 certification administration

Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets,databases and presentation software.

Ability to supervise and direct employees

5-7 years experience in the field of Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree in business or human resources

Excellent oral and written communication skills
