The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by providing both strategic and day-to-day Human Resources support across assigned departments. This role partners closely with management to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, recruitment, compensation, and other HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.

As an HR Business Partner, a typical day might include:
  • Partnering with leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts and talent management activities for assigned client groups.
  • Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assisting with compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyzing workforce trends and completing required HR reporting to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to deliver HR programs and services.
  • Supporting employee relations matters and helping resolve workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand business needs and provide proactive HR solutions.
  • Overseeing assigned onsite HR programs and initiatives.
  • Participating in special projects that support organizational and Human Resources priorities.
