Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client for a contract opportunity. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist team members with a variety of organizational and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and internal teams as needed
  • Draft, edit, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems
  • Enter and update information within internal databases and tracking tools
  • Assist with office supply management and ordering when necessary
  • Help track tasks and timelines related to ongoing projects
  • Prepare meeting materials, assist with agenda creation, and document meeting notes
  • Complete additional administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
