We already have some fantastic support systems in place, including weekly cleaners and a meal delivery service, and we are looking for a trusted partner to build on that foundation. You'd primarily be acting as a stage manager helping to reset the house each day so the kids are set up for success when they come home.

They understand how to cultivate an even-keeled home environment, bringing a sense of calm predictability that allows everyone to thrive.

For this role, success looks like managing the moving parts of household logistics with confidence and proactivitywhether that means tracking inventory, resetting our core entry zones, coordinating vendors, or keeping family schedules beautifully aligned. We value someone who communicates clearly, makes smart decisions within reasonable parameters, and remains unflappable when unexpected adjustments pop up.

Beyond our primary home, we also own a secondary property about 40 minutes away. For a candidate who has the desire and capacity to take on additional property management hours, there is an opportunity to expand this role and help us oversee that estate as well.
