Job description

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A HM, DSP, OR SIMILAR TO BE CONSIDERED*

(If you don't have experience please view our DSP position. We frequently promote DSP's to House Managers, but you must have DSP experience to become a House Manager.)


Pay:
Starting base $52,890 plus $400 Monthly Bonus if all shifts are covered by the employees you supervise.


Responsibilities:
Provides guidance and supervises staff in the house. Makes sure all policies, procedures and paperwork is updated in the home. Ensures Daily Activities are completed weekly for each individual in the home. Monthly paperwork is fill out for the home on a day to day basis. Individual's Activities of Daily Living; shower/bath, dress, administer medication, shaving, peri care, preparing meals, household cleaning, running goals, etc.
Transportation to medical appts and outings, schedule staff for the home, ensure staff are abiding by attendance policy and clocking in & out on time sheets. On call is depending on the needs of the business; rotating or 24/7 with assistance.

Requirements:
