Job Summary

3 Rivers Communications is seeking a skilled and motivated Telecommunications Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize telecommunications systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring reliable voice, data, and broadband communication services while supporting network performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize service interruptions.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on telecommunications systems.
  • Support the deployment of fiber optic, wireless, and broadband communication technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network expansion projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, and service records.
  • Provide technical support to field technicians and internal stakeholders.
