These roles typically involve tasks such as feeding and caring for cows, cleaning stalls, assisting with milking, and helping maintain equipment and facilities. Employees in these positions learn on the job and may receive training from more experienced workers. The goal is to support the daily operations of the farm while gaining practical skills and knowledge in dairy farming.
