Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of electronic and appliance restoration claims, ensuring everything is logged and tracked accurately.
  • Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and our project managers to keep everyone informed.
  • Prepare and review detailed estimates and reports to ensure all documentation is complete and ready for processing.
  • Manage electronic files and physical records, keeping our system tidy and easy for the team to navigate.
  • Resolve discrepancies in claims data by coordinating directly with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth payouts.
  • Provide warm and clear support to clients who are often navigating stressful situations, acting as their steady point of contact.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years in claims processing or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Experience with property restoration or insurance documentation is highly valued.
